My truck broke down just outside of Hershey. Quan was great. He came with his tow truck, loaded my truck up, gave me a ride to a hotel, and had my truck fixed by the next weekend. He also owns his own shop. I paid him right over the phone, I had a friend give me a ride to his shop, got my truck, not a single hiccup. Couldn’t have been a smoother operation. Kinda glad it broke down there too. He didn’t over charge me and did good work. I’d use him again.
Quan was great, got my Kia oil changed here a few weeks ago. Quan let me use his office and was straightforward about pricing and service expectations. Hope to do more work with him soon.
Quan responded to my car troubles in a timely manner, was reliable and professional. He was finished within 15 minutes of arriving. Quan was able to explain how he resolved the issue and showed me the exact cause of the problem. I would recommend him for any small or big auto problems!
