Didn't get what i ordered, never again. You sent a rep around about my complaint, he was no help and didn't really want to, i had guys on the roof not hooked on for safety etc, really don't want anything to do with your company, you have no interest in the customer at all. Update, as my shed is high to the gutters i get a gutter vac guy to vacuum all the leaves out of the gutters, the gutter-vac guys then send you photos of the work done to show you that hey are clean, well the photos showed me something else two of the roof... read more
Very bad experience after buying 2 sheds. They expect you to check all supply within 14 days. This is difficult when you never know when the shed will arrive which makes it hard to book a shed builder. The roll a doors arrived and then the shed arrived a few weeks after and then the pa door arrived months later. When we discovered the missing parts they where not interested. I usually deal with local companies but never again with ranbuild.
Very helpful. Efficient and friendly.
