Horrible service. Called in and booked a appointment 4 weeks ago for a non covered form and was given a price as to what it would cost only to show up to additional fees that were not mentioned at all when booked. When brought up the concern was told it was not the clinics responsibility to mention the fees. Requested a call back from clinic manger so will see if that actually happens or not.
