Dr. Quan dismissed most complaints. She dismissed me with a reply i'm done RE: my shoulder and cervical injuries. She put her hands on me by pushing me into a wall. I reported her to Insurance Co. & they allowed me to break the fixed enrollment period! She's the WORST M.D. I EVER HAD!!!
