The worst type of doctor. This was from many years ago and turns out I have chronic inflammatory response syndrome, and Lyme disease. But according to her, I was just sad. There was zero effort attempted to discover anything by this lady. It was the most dismissive rude appointment ever. Dr. Quan’s bedside manner was despicable. She never looked at notes from my other doctors, including ones from the Mayo Clinic. She believed that Dr. Brent Goodman’s testing was inadequate. She said she didn't understand why people like me get sick. The best part is she told me to come back to UCHealth when I was riddled with disease or dead on an autopsy table from Heredity Amyloidosis. I was a young scared black girl but I'm not scared anymore. She needs to be fired!

Dr. Quan initial presence into the room became quickly apprent she was not connected /open to the exam taking place. She seemed to have zero interest in all of the timeline myself , family and physicians had in place to assist in future diagnostic steps. She was highly contradictive in her statements to myself and family as well as her notes/physician opinion to my physician via some medical factors and statements. I found Dr Quan personable, engaging, and competent .I was referred to Dr Quan by a physician in another city for diagnosis and treatment for a rare nerve disorder. She understood the condition, gave me a very thorough exam, recommended continuing with my current medications and offered some welcomed encouragement. I went back for a followup visit later while concerned that my nerve disorder was spreading to my hands.
