Cassandra communicated with me immediately and chatted with me to figure out what my concerns were. We were able to schedule Stefan to come out the next day to look at my AC which was making a weird squealing noise. Stefan ran tests on different parts and showed me the results and took the time to explain what that meant. I can't say enough about Stefan. He talked me through setting the thermostat, and swiftly, and I mean swiftly... repaired the outside unit. Even offered a payment plan. Quam Comfort REALLY exceeded my expectations, and I cant thank him enough.
I don't normally leave reviews but if you're like me and hate dealing with AC issues I hope sharing my experience may help put you at ease. My mother's ac just went out the other day and I started to panic. She is elderly and I knew I needed someone fast. Great service from Quam Comfort Heating and Cooling very friendly and efficient. My AC broke after hours and when I called I spoke to Cassandra very professional and quick to send out a tech. Tech Stefan was very professional very polite and went above and beyond to fix the issue. I definitely recommend them.
