We do have a contract with this company and it is bad so bad that the replacement by the 5 star reviewer Carlos has had in the mail for 3 months. Do not rent or buy anything from this company it will not work and they will not service the unit.
We have a contract with Qualpath. The services are horrible and when you request help you have to pay extra. I was just insulted by one of the service tech (Carlos) stated that i was BARKING like a dog . This is unacceptable that your the customer and are being mistreated .
