Andrew and his partner Mauricio from QualityPro Pest & Wildlife Services did a good job of removing bird nests from my roof. They sent a text to let me know when they would be coming. They showed up promptly for the job. And they were professional and respectful.

Andrew sealed up our house so that the bats can’t get in. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his trade and home construction in general. We have a high roof with lots of angles, and they took their time and it seems like they did a good and thorough job. I would have preferred they use ladders that don’t rest directly on the gutters, but they were careful and didn’t damage them. Good value for money and will recommend to friends. Hopefully the bat problem is now solved!

So nice and so helpful! We had a hornets nest inside a corner of our house. He explained everything, treated the area and even came back a few hours later when I was in a panic that they started to make their way into the house! He sealed up everything and we were good to go!

Brandon came to our house to take away a baby deer that was caught on our fence and head unfortunately died. He was calm, sincere. Sized up the situation and succeeded in doing what he said out to do. Through our conversation, I found out that he was the son of the owners. Job well done Mom and Dad, you did a great job raising a fine young man.

Jim and Team are simply the best! We have used them for almost 15 years and they immediately solved our pest issue. Gage just visited and is so patient, kind, conscientious, and thorough! I really appreciate the detail oriented approach of Gage, Jim and the whole team!
