Accidentally found this place 8 years ago when the closer place to home was closed but charged almost double. I go there all the time every 3 months.

Started charging PST when in manitoba there should not be PST. Only GST. When I mentioned it, she was upset and said she had too. I looked it up and PST is not applicable. Today she claimed she only charged GST. My total the last time was with both taxes and she is now back tracking. She said I upset her. I said I asked a question she could not answer.
