I cannot be more satisfied with this company, I had a subframe that needed to be replaced in my pacifica and these guys were amazing. I've called other shops that wanted at least 2 days to do it and almost double the price to do it. I called quality and spoke with Ed (the owner). He told me if I got the car there right away in the morning he may be able to get it done same day, I didnt get the car there until 10:30 a.m. on a friday which they close at 3 on friday. Now that I have sold my business and retired, I would highly recommend Quality Auto for your service and repair needs. I have personally known the owner for years and he has gained my respect.

I took my car in because my brakes weren't working they said they fix the problem and charge me over $700 2 Days Later the same thing happened my brakes weren't working my mom almost got into a car accident so I took it back they said they're going to fix the problem I thought they might like charge me for this time because I paid over $700 and they didn't fix it last time but guess what they still charged me again this place does not do quality work at all and they overcharged if you like your money don't go to this place

My husband and I recently needed some car repairs and general maintenance done on our vehicles. We called the Friday prior to check prices for the work we needed and were blown away at the customer service and pricing of their services. We scheduled our appointments for the following week. Upon arriving the staff were all very friendly. Our work was done thoroughly in a timely manner and they even gave us some pointers on a few things! My son's car developed a huge coolant leak at the worst possible time of year, Mid Winter and 12" of snow on the ground. I called a couple of repair shops and the quotes were all a bit high. I went to QAR for a quote and their price was very reasonable for the job. (a bit lower than the others) Being a former mechanic myself years ago, I was able to do some prior testing and knew where the problem was.
