I will give 0 stars if there is. Not recommend SMOG check here. The front desk attitude is not good now. My car cannot pass SMOG test due to some reason. I just noticed they put SMOG fail record into DMV system. I feels too bad. I think they did correct job, but due to that reason, I have to fix it before next registration. We got a coupon in the mail and called for a smog check price. Phone was answered right away and we booked an appointment to get it done the same day. I got a text message with estimated price listed for approval. Waiting room is big, clean and comfortable. It has a large table to with 4 chairs. I got my laptop with me so I was able to work there while waiting. Highly recommended.
Came here to have my brakes looked at off a coworker recommendation. I was attended to quickly and my car was ready to be picked up the same day. Both the attendants at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, explaining the whole process and keeping me updated via phone as the mechanics progressed. Car now runs perfectly and I will absolutely be returning if I have another car issue in the future.
I have been with Quality Anto for maintainese for 8 years. Great people, excellent service and honest reasonable price. All their technicians are excellent and always exceed my expectations of doing extra checking of my brake, engine, running diagnostic report, blowing fall leaves on engine...I'm truly grateful for their dedication and professionalism.
This is the place I trust to fix problems that the Toyota service/maintenance not taking care of. I fixed the door someone scratched and run, the broken rain shield wiper fluid pump, the front bumper, the tail light got hit off by the tree branch, etc. They are very honest and very efficient all the time, I wish the Toyota service could be the as honest and efficient as they are.
