I had an excellent experience with customer service in returning a damaged special order chair. I ordered the chair online. The wood and leather were of beautiful quality. Unfortunately, I had an issue with an arm rest after 6 months and when I contacted customer service by email, I had little hope in hearing back or resolving my problem, only because so many companies now days ignore customer satisfaction with their products.
