This was one of the worst furniture-buying and customer-service experiences I have had in my entire life. We recently bought a new home and quadrupled our square footage. We are in the process of furnishing the whole house. I could not be more pleased with this piece. I live alone and don't give much wear to things, so I've never really gotten a ",quality" piece before. I hate waiting. But it was certainly worth the wait. Everyone compliments it when they come in. It was a great price too!... Now, it's been quite some time and house guests are still making comments. The only alteration I made was to put an LED disk light in it because I leave it lit all the time as a night light too!
