Called to get an estimate on work for a house I’m going to be buying and was told they would not do a free quote since I am not the homeowner, I’ve had many quotes now and never had an issue with other company’s, they wanted to charge $300!!! For an estimate! I recommend a different company than this one.
We have had all our windows done by Quality Windows Specialists. I cannot say enough good things about the ease of dealing with Quality. We were so happy with our experience that other family members have used Quality as well. From the low pressure sale, reasonable price , quality installation , and outstanding service!
I’m a repeat customer. My windows were replaced many years ago. And they recently replaced my three screen doors. The customer service is excellent, and I would highly recommend!
Great customer service and communication. We had a patio door installed and installation went smoothly and the product still looks great almost a year later. They even did my Mom's windows and she is happy as well!
At first everything went smoothly. Had Jeff out for an estimate. We personally had a few hiccups in that thing called life. When Jeff was here we explained we had a retaining wall that needed to be fixed as well. During the next few weeks we had learned we wouldn’t be approved for both to be done. Obviously the retaining wall could cause a flood to our garage and basement and cause extensive/costly damage to our home. Not being able to put windows in would not affect us at this time.
