They did a great job start to finish. From showing us options, not pressuring us into anything we didn't need, and then the installation crew was what made them stand out to us. Of course my kids wouldn't leave them alone when they were replacing our windows, the crew never got annoyed and even chatted along with them as if they were their own. Called to get an estimate on work for a house I’m going to be buying and was told they would not do a free quote since I am not the homeowner, I’ve had many quotes now and never had an issue with other company’s, they wanted to charge $300!!! For an estimate! I recommend a different company than this one.
We have had all our windows done by Quality Windows Specialists. I cannot say enough good things about the ease of dealing with Quality. We were so happy with our experience that other family members have used Quality as well. From the low pressure sale, reasonable price , quality installation , and outstanding service!
I’m a repeat customer. My windows were replaced many years ago. And they recently replaced my three screen doors. The customer service is excellent, and I would highly recommend!
