So they came by 9/19/2024 and replaced my slide door rollers. There is a 1 year warranty on their work which they did not uphold. I called 5/20/2025 and talk to Kevin. We setup an appointment to come next Thursday. Come Thursday I called ahead of timeframe see if they were still coming and it was a no show. Called twice left voice mail no response. VERY unprofessional.
Very happy with Kevin this afternoon. We had all our screens not moving and he replaced all the rollers and now they work great! Thanks Kevin!
