We bought a Tru-Frame Greenhouse window for our kitchen. When the window arrived it was broken on the top glass. We were not able to install it right away. The man did come out to our home and replaced the glass. Some time passed, we had to find another carpenter to install the window. He told us it was the wrong window. Our order was for a 47" wide by 35" high. We had instead received a 36" wide by 48" high. Because too much time had passed they will not make it good and give us the right size. We are out \$531.65.
