We built our first custom home with Quality West, and overall it was a really positive experience. Our main point of contact was Ken, but we also worked with Gary and Kurt, and the communication across the team was solid throughout the build. I had and old house on Lake Wisconsin, which is north of Madison about 25 miles that needed too many repairs to where it was better to tear it down and build a new house rather than try to fix it up. I hired the folks from Quality West Construction to build me my custom dream house and it turned out absolutely awesome, way above and beyond my wildest expectations.
