Amazing company, worked with us and did not get upset when we changed our minds on what we wanted to have done. On the day on installation they showed up with 5 folks to do the work. Yes, we had 2 furnaces to install, but I was not expecting that many employees. Work was completed in 1 day, even though the warehouse sent wrong furnaces and they had to go and pick up the correct ones! Very polite, kept us informed as they went. Quality West Heating & Cooling was incredible to work with. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel easy from start to finish. They took the time to walk us through our options, answer all our questions, and it was clear how knowledgeable and experienced they are. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. We’re so happy with our new AC and would absolutely recommend them!
Rob and his team at Quality West are incredible. They are extremely knowledgeable! His team helped identify issues with our existing boiler set up, and gave clear information on repairs or alternative options to replace, after listening to what would work best for our family. We decided to replace the entire system and Rob prioritized us on their schedule to accommodate the arrival of our second child, (who was due in 2weeks & in the middle of winter too!!) Quality West fixed a problem with our Lochinvar Combi Boiler in short order, Ben did some diagnosis, knew exactly what the problem was and had it up and running like new. Their response time was incredible and the price was very reasonable. Never thought I would say "I couldn't be happier" about a heating and cooling company.
