Quality West Heating & Cooling was incredible to work with. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel easy from start to finish. They took the time to walk us through our options, answer all our questions, and it was clear how knowledgeable and experienced they are. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. We’re so happy with our new AC and would absolutely recommend them!
Rob and his team at Quality West are incredible. They are extremely knowledgeable! His team helped identify issues with our existing boiler set up, and gave clear information on repairs or alternative options to replace, after listening to what would work best for our family. We decided to replace the entire system and Rob prioritized us on their schedule to accommodate the arrival of our second child, (who was due in 2weeks & in the middle of winter too!!) Quality West fixed a problem with our Lochinvar Combi Boiler in short order, Ben did some diagnosis, knew exactly what the problem was and had it up and running like new. Their response time was incredible and the price was very reasonable. Never thought I would say "I couldn't be happier" about a heating and cooling company.

Holy cow what a great experience. We were long overdue for a new furnace and water heater and Rob and his team at Quality West did an amazing job. We landed on the heat pump pictured here along with the other equipment and are super happy about the process. The team was professional and timely. They spent a lot of time walking us through all the new functionality and how to get the best out of the heat pump in winter and summer. Happy to have checked this box and highly recommend Rob and the team at Quality West.
