After getting 4 quotes for an A/C or Heat Pump replacement for the A/C unit and Air Handler in my attic, I decided to have Quality West do the work and I was very happy with the decision. They were the lower price for the heat pump but I selected them for the knowledge and professionalism. They completed the whole job in a day that included additional electrical work and attic catwalk. They were able to give credits up from for state and utility credits. Quality west is by far the most up front honest and fair priced companies I've ever worked with. They were able to squeeze me in the next day the temps aloud, where everyone els couldn't get to it for a weeks. They really had a lot of empathy for my situation. All in all an awesome experience!
The team at Qulity West was very focused on providing a fantastic experience. Rob delivered excellent customer service from the initial quote through install. The County’s inspector was very impressed with the quality of the work. The Bosch heat pump worked great through the cold nights and impressed me during the first day in the 80’s. Xcel delivered on the rebate, which was a nice bonus!
We had these guys come out and work on our boiler. when the technician was finished he gave us a bill which included a "tune-up" that I didn't ask for or approve, and then he asked for a tip! I did give him a small tip because I thought he had fixed it, but It wasn't fixed and I have water leaking from the boiler for the first time in the 3 years I've had it.
