The Quality West crew did an exceptional job installing my two heat pump systems. They were very professional and did quality work. They put down floor coverings inside the house and wore shoe covers. They cleaned up the debris from the installation when done. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
Quality West Heating & Cooling recently installed for us the Fujitsu Airstage heat pump. We wanted to cool our old home (we previously had only one small window air conditioner in our living room) and also switch from our furnace heating. We did a lot of research on environmental impact. We got several quotes to replace our 20 year old furnace and AC. Quality was not the cheapest quote overall, but the price was the best when comparing the particular equipment they were offering. They were prompt, neat, and courteous, and cleaned up perfectly. When done, they tested the system, and Rob told me he was not satisfied with its performance.
