Tony and his crew did a fabulous job waterproofing our basement he was on time on budget and very pleasant to have around.
They put in a egress window two weeks ago. Very unprofessional, I have no confidence it was done properly. No communication. Didn't even knock on my door to say they were there. Dug up my yard without ever talking to me. Almost definitely messed up previous waterproofing I had done and did not fix it after. Didn't tell me they had started cutting the concrete, my house was filled with dust. The window was put in but not sealed. I can see light around it and rain came in. The cover was missing initially. This guy is a crook. we hired him to fix some cracks in the basement back in February . it's now August still haven't finished the job. The cracks are leaking. we have had three appointments in the last a month and half, all three are no show. we have left the message and we are still waiting a call from him. And on top of the he lied to us that he found another crack just so he can charge us more. The reason we trusted him and paid him the money, our realtor recommended him.
