Great technician, great service, quick and efficient, but not happy about being charged 90$ more than quoted.
Mark went above and beyond to help us out of a bad situation! We had an appointment scheduled for service on our water treatment system. The hot water heater started leaking the night before. Called QWS in the morning and they offered to bring out a new hot water heater!! Mark stayed late in to the night working to install the new hot water heater and servicing the water treatment system. Professional service!! Highly recommend!! Keep up the great work!
I had a Culligan water softener for years, but had been unhappy with service so a few years ago had this removed. When I noticed how my hard water was damaging pipes and etc. I decided to have a new one installed. I went to Quality Water Systems for an estimate; this is who our company also uses, which says a lot. Dale came out to my house and took a sample, looked at my water sources and was able to give me an estimate right away. Within a few days Mark came out and installed the system for me.
