This dry cleaner ruined an expensive cocktail dress...Colors from top ran into lighter color on bottom. Did not flag it as a problem and allowed me to pay for the dress and take it as if nothing was wrong. Fortunately I saw it immediately. When I finally spoke to owner, he was very condescending, would do nothing because it is a "manufacturer defect".
