worst Experience ever dont go here he tried to charge me twice for the same job rude disrespectful screaming over the phone will not be reasonable and work with his customer was a long time customer but will never return he is not professional
He assured me i was getting a good set of Bridgestone tires. He GUARANTEES Bridgestone makes a good tire!!!. He HONORS NOTHING!!!!( he doesnt tell you that!!!!) I was overcharged for tires, labor & taxes. He doesnt want to give receipts & when he does it has nothing( no business name or phone number. I requested something with business logo. I have been doing business with Quality Tires for about 10 years.I have Never had anything short of excellent service..The man is honest and to the point and has always been fair.He has run the business for over two decades and serves the community well.
I have been doing business with Quality Used Tires for about 10 years or so. I have even purchased new and used tires from the tire shop. The man has never done me wrong..He is fair and honest and to the point always. He has run the whole show by himself for over 2 decades and I have personally never had an issue..
I called on the phone.I was having trouble finding tires in my size.And I needed a set of 4.The man who I talked to said not only did they have more than one set of 4.But that they were Bridgestone or B.F.Goodrich or similar.And they were 20.00 or 30.00.So I drove over 50 miles to get them.Not only did they not have a set.They had only single tires.And they were 40.00 to 75.00 apiece.And when I told him I could get new for that price.He was insulting,and practically called me a liar.
This man told me on the phone that the tires were between $25 and $30 but when I get to the shop I drove COMPLETELY across town for, instead of something in the neighborhood of $70 o $80 I paid $104 and some change. I am a single mother with little to no income and feel I was misled in the pricing over the phone. So, my point being, ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU USE THIS TIRE SHOP FOR ANYTHING!!!!! Also, I don't feel this place gets a star rating AT ALL
