If this company would put 1/10 of an effort into their customer service as they do into having a deceptive easy to use website, I might actually be convinced to purchase products from them.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The engine, after many delays which were not substantiated, the engine arrived at my mechanic's shop. My mechanic was appalled at the shape the engine arrived in--missing parts, broken parts, broken particles within the engine compartment, missing belts, etc. The engine looked as if it had been pulled form a junkyard and spray painted. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Company!!!!! DO NOT DO Business with Them!!!! Told me the Engine I was getting was a REMAN with Only 80K miles!! BULL Crap!!!!! Sent me the WRONG Engine and after about 2 hours on the phone I Finally got to Speak with Someone( NOT in the USA) CLAIMED that they will send you Another Engine!!NOT!!!! Not Happy at all with this Business! Purchased an engine for $3595 and that was them saying its discounted. Yeah I see why they knocked off money for a discount! ITS NOT RUNNING! And I'm 100% sure now they gave it to me because they knew the engine has two Bad injectors causing timing issues on the engine. And then they tell me and expect me to go get used ones off another engine or buy new ones! But then have the audacity to tell me its a working engine! This business is a JOKE! That warranty they sell you is only good if you register for it within 10 days of delivery. Its void if you don't. Nobody tells you this when you spend 7k on a engine.
