Went there last Friday and a really friendly guy came out and encouraged us to look at purchasing an SUV in the yard- I was sold. Came back the next day and not only did the person (a different guy) shut the sliding door, he then walked into another room as we approached the reception desk. We hovered outside for ten minutes total but I felt like an absolute tool and we were all pretty embarrassed. I read the reviews and was so disappointed to see how many people had a positive experience… can’t say the same.
