Incredible service. I reached out to the QU team for a quote on new fabric and materials for a chair from the 60s. Their quote was very similar to others I had reached out to, but I went with them due to their amazing customer service. Romina was super responsive and helped me choose the right fabric for the space. I have reupholstered furniture in different cities and even the US vs Canada and Quality Upholstery is the BEST ever. They helped me pick out fabric my cats would be less likely to scratch, did my job in record time and arranged to pick up AND drop off my chairs. And it was reasonable too, since they don't pay overhead on a pricey storefront. Highly recommended.
