Terrible company. This is the company Home Depot contracted with to do warranty work on my refrigerator. My icemaker went out. they would not talk to me, answer or return phone calls. They only talked to Home Depot. They only called me at 9:17 am they day they were coming to my home. I already left fir the day. I talked to them via my security system and said I would be home in 10 minutes. My security tapes showed they immediately left my house. They claimed they waited six minutes. Very unprofessional. The service tech that came to my house was the most rude guy I have ever seen! I got referred to this company from the LG warranty department. Not only would I not recommend this company to anyone else, but I will also be calling LG to not be sending these people out.
