So happy with the pick up of beautiful sod at Quality turf. I was able to order online and drive right to the field to pick up the turf that had recently been cut just for me. As you can see from the pictures, the sod lays out perfectly on the prepared grounds. Thank you to making this project so successful. Their phone answering personnel was very friendly and helpful with the questions that I had about their sod and how to lay it !
Their only advantage is price. That's all.
To reinstall our lawn, we fully tilled the backyard and soil Solarization for two months. We ordered 900 sqft of St. Augustine sod for the backyard and part of the front yard. The sod was delivered in late September. We really appreciated that it arrived early in the morning, which gave us enough time to finish the installation in one day. We removed some sod pieces that clearly had weeds and shared the remaining sod and soil with friends. We followed the watering instructions and watered three times a day.
