QT Roofing recently replaced the roof at the multifamily property I manage, and they did an excellent job. The work was completed within the expected timeline, even with a few rainy days. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding — they kept us informed so we could properly advise our residents. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with. "I recently had a very good experience with QtCommerical Construction and Roofing. A surprise roof leak led me to talk this company several times to get a repair quickly scheduled, and each time I encountered people who were eager to help. They called me back when they said they would, and their roofers arrived at my property when they were scheduled to do so--and got the job done!.
