I would give this 0 stars if I could. We brought our 2016 Peterbilt to the Fond du Lac location with a recurring rear axle issue after an initial visit to their Oshkosh shop. Upon arrival, we explicitly told the service manager that our home mechanic had diagnosed a cracked rear differential housing and that we wanted it replaced. Woukd give 0 if it was an option. Long story short, spent well over $10,000 in 2 years and nothing changed. Took tractor/trailer to new place and found out half the stuff they said they did was never done. Since I stopped going there, my trucks been running great with only basic upkeep. STAY FAR AWAY FROM LYING THIEVING BASTARDS!
They performed unauthorized and unsafe repairs on my commercial truck. They then failed to disclose their unauthorized repairs. Sending us on the road in a truck with no brake lights. They performed an unauthorized “repair”. They bypassed my brake light controller so my truck didn’t have brake lights. They never disclosed this to me. They then repeatedly lied to cover it up.
