I would give this 0 stars if I could. We brought our 2016 Peterbilt to the Fond du Lac location with a recurring rear axle issue after an initial visit to their Oshkosh shop. Upon arrival, we explicitly told the service manager that our home mechanic had diagnosed a cracked rear differential housing and that we wanted it replaced. My husband told them, "money is no issue," and to order everything needed for a complete repair. Despite this clear request, the mechanics did not replace the housing.
