Would not recommend at all! I chose a car service vs someone’s personal car for a reason! UBER drivers use their own cars and you can’t dictate whether or not they smoke in their own car. In 30 years of using car services I have never been in one the driver smokes in! All my clothing drinks and I was only in the car for 20 minutes! It was like being in a smoke filled bar in the 70’s🤮 not to mention the unprofessional attire she was wearing as driver for a car service!!

We have hired Quality Transport for four years to privately drive my parents to and from the airport on various trips because we live out of the area. The drivers are helpful, drive calmly, the cars are clean, they help my parents with luggage to and from the house and are always on time. I appreciate that Him always confirms our travel and monitors flights to adjust to changes. This is a five star organization. Ty to this team for being so helpful.
We used this service last night to go from Pittsford to CMAC and back. Great experience, will be using this service again in the future. Our driver Don was fantastic.
