I had them tow a 2000 F150 because it was stuck in first gear and the manual shifter came lose. This was on Tuesday August 19. Not only did they arrange the tow for me they looked at the truck the next day. Gave me a call to let me know what was happening and how much the repair was. The first time I went I had such a pleasant experience, that when I broke down on a busy street, they were the first ones I thought of. They managed a diagnosis in just enough time to decide that it was unrepairable and that the entire engine needed to be replaced. When *I* asked for a quote I was told that there was an issue with the timing chain and the entire engine needed replacing. When my spouse (who was NOT the owner of the car, and actually knows less about cars than I do) asked for a quote he was at least given a co... read more
No one in town would touch the rear differential on my Toyota except these guys. I was on a time crunch before driving to Ontario and they squeezed me in, after inspection it didn’t need repair after all as the issue turned out to be very minor and they didn’t even charge me.
