I went to Quality transmissions after having my truck checked at 3 other places. The owner Rich, is a stand up guy and very honest about what I needed in my truck.--Rich is a very honest and competent mechanic! He didn't even charge me a dime for diagnosing and looking further into my transmission problem even after I told him at first that I would get the repair done there and then changed my mind the next day because I ended up selling the truck as is--he wasn't even upset and charged me $0.
