I wish I got good service like others seemed to have. I took my car there to have the tranny worked on/replaced. I took it there Aug. 22nd. It sat for a wk or so until we decided to have it worked on. For 2mnths it was 'getting worked on'. I called frequently to check on it and got a run around. The receptionist would claim she would call back or 'someone' would with the progress and that RARELY or EVER happened. I have left several messages with the secretary as my rebuilt transmission has failed. No return calls and no one looked at it while it sat at their lot for 2 weeks after waiting for an appointment. I was hoping they would make this right. 3 months of back and forth and still no results. I will never recommend this place. Never mind having a warranty they will not honor it.

Beyond satisfied with the quality of there work, Brent and his whole team work with you to find the best route and the best price for your repairs. He’s the only one I’ll have work on my drive line needs.

Great service They saved me a car. they have a free inspection which is really nice. the price is reasonable. I am glad I took my car to Quality transmission Kalamazoo

I took my truck in to have the transmission rebuilt. The quote was reasonable and was told it would be a quick turn around. It ended up taking twice as long and they wouldn't even take responsibility. They said it was out of their control even though they did not perform any additional work. Would not recommend them.
