I would give them negative stars if I could. One of their drivers honked at our car for not turning left while a pedestrian was crossing then proceeded to cut our car at a red light . Would never trust them to transport my family with their reckless driving.

Apparently the drivers are allowed to park wherever they want while they do personal shopping at the UPS store. He parked right in the entrance. One lane in one lane out so he decides that instead of parking in the parking lot that has many parking spots. He needs to park in front of the store blocking one of the entrances in. You are putting your safety at risk by getting into a car with these drivers!! Just witnessed them speed then drive the wrong way down a busier Madison road!

Just had one of their drivers cut across the front of my car coming up to a stop light. Was behind me, left lane was open. He apparently felt the need to instead cut across between me and the car in front, as we were stopping, so he could get into the left lane. All for no distance or time picked up. Looks like the company tolerates this. I have it on dash camera

The drivers are reckless. I noticed they tend to speed and break traffic laws. I have to use this service every other week. Sometimes you'll get a nice driver but most of the time you get a grump. Today I was not buckled properly in the backseat, and my wheelchair toppled over. They didn't care. I would never trust this company with my loved ones transportation.
