I bought a utility trailer from them, picked it up and the main guy i worked with was short with me. Now, 1 year later, a springs breaks (now i know why, it was incorrectly installed). I requested warranty help, they said loadtrail denied it. ok, can i buy a spring from you quality teailers, my answer..we dont normally ship out parts, we think it will cost 20-30 in shipping...then no other words. I was left with this impression "my part that o derseve fixed is too much of a hassle to ship to u. These people suck.
Excellent customer service and A+ repair on my 16' goosneck horse trailer. Colton was polite, professional, and patient. The repair work on the crank of my horse trailer was great. The price was very fair. My go-to place for all trailer purchases and repairs!
