I asked your shop to swap my reefer unit for a Thermo King C-600, but I was charged over $1,500, which I believe is a ridiculous and unreasonable overcharge. I was also charged an additional fee just to put the unit back onto my trailer after the swap. On another occasion, you replaced a temperature sensor, and I was charged over $600 for that as well.
