Waste of time! Spent 4 hrs. to get a quote and signed a sales contract. Then found out some surprises at the measurement phase. Cannot be trusted Not honoring a sales contract that both parties agreed with is not a critical error and is illegal. It shows lack of credibility and accountability of your business . Good experience all around. We needed a few new windows (5) that had gone bad by either leaking or having fogged up panes. We scheduled some estimates and talked to Manny. He was very personable and gave us many details and explanations for things related to the windows. He seemed very knowledgeable. After comparing quotes, we ordered.
