Long-term local business with knowledgeable and experienced people who are known for their honesty. As a woman this is important to me. I have been buying tires from them for years and I appreciate that they treat me with respect. I highly recommend Black's Tires for fair pricing and quality products.
MARK YOUR TIRES IF YOU WANT TO BE SURE THEY ARE ACTUALLY ROTATED! Went in for oil change, gal on the phone said 35-45 mins They didn't get my car front the lot for almost an hour. Long story short 2:30 hours later I had my car. The last 30 mins was them actually rotating my tires 2 stars because manager did give a free oil change coupon

Our vacation started with a thud when the alternator went out on our van 12 hours from home. Mason Tire on Joe White Ave was able to get it towed and fit in on a Saturday morning and save our vacation. They were very reasonable on price and very courteous. Great service.
Had a hiccup in their service, but in the end I was compensated for my troubles. I'd be willing to try them again.
Our motorhome was towed to Black Tire's in Dunn, NC for diesel engine problems. Thanks to Kenny Bass, Ryan E. T. and the support of Benjie Greene, we were back on the road. What a great problem solving team! Thank you, Back's Tire.
After calling every place in town, I found Quality Tires to be the cheapest in town and they also offered a better tire than the next closest competitor. The staff were very kind and had my best interest in mind! I could not have been any happier with my experience and will be using them every time I need tires on my vehicles.

After a scheduling mix up on my service, the manager Greg did more than you would expect from a company these days. It was the kind of treatment that I would have expected from my parent's generation and is very rare today. There are so many options for AUTO service but I rarely find true CUSTOMER service. Blacks Tire has earned my business from now on!!
