place messed up my patch job they did. grinded all the way to the steel belt. then took it back up there after ford could not repair it and cost me a new tire. then no one is in charge they say. then i get told its not there problem cash only place to mess people only with no proof
I bought 4 new tires from them about a month ago. 1 got several bubbles on one so I took it back and they replaced it. Coming home monday my other one blew out. I stopped at another tire shop to get a new tire and he looked at the 2 "new" tires that was on the back. THEY SOLD ME DRY ROTTED USED TIRES. now I have to replace my back 2 also. DO NOT GO HERE.
PSA for Athens, Texas - Stay away from Quality Tires and Brakes. I paid them to put new rotors and brakes on my truck in October. Found out today that I need new brakes and rotors again when I asked my oil change place to rotate my tires. Apparently, the one's I had installed are already needing replacement along with a lug nut that was totally cross-threaded. I bought 1 used tire for $30 for my RV BUT was the wrong size after I got home. I called back and was told to bring it in to exchange it for right size when back in town. I went there today to exchange and was turned away without a replacement tire. I left other tire with them and walked out...useless for me. Reminder to have a receipt written out even though they don't give one out to cover myself. I basically was called a "Liar!" I won't be doing business with them anymore.
the dude today told us they would do five new tires for 400 I called just yesterday and they said the same thing and I talked it was supposed to be the boss but when you show up everybody says they're the boss and you can actually talk to someone who's actually in charge so we left pissed off and mad and I do not recommend the shop to anybody because they do not care about you or what you want or any of the above

Stopped by to get my tire patched, they told me it would be $5, which is fine and seems reasonable in comparison to other places. However, they short changed me so they ended up charging me a couple extra dollars without telling me. I had zero issues with my tires up until that point, I only put a patch on as a precaution, however as soon as I pulled out, my tire that they had just taken off felt like it was off balance, so I pulled right back in and asked them about it to which they told me was going to be an extra $10 or s... read more
