Went on 2/2/22 to have another tire replaced. Paid for it and was told it was ready. So I left. Well this is my 3nd car and I dont drive it much. Went to drive it today and noticed that my tire was NEVER changed. Went back and they PATCHED the tire. Which is not what I paid for. Refused to replace even with reciept.STILL have the same tire and reciepts from previous place that i had the rest of my tires changed as well so it shows who sold me which tire and it was Quality Tire. Could not recommend this place more! Great people and prices
Just went in there today to replace my right passenger side tire and the gentleman behind the counter was very dismissive. Said he doesn't have used tires even though the description on his website says new and used tires. Courted me $140 for a tire brand new. Good price for a brand new tire but just a customer service alone would make me not ever want to go there again. Do need some manners and they need to fix our website if they don't sell any used tires take it off your website.
