Great local business!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fair priced. New in town, we were looking for a one stop shop to service our vehicles and we found it with Quality. Highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business.
I purchased two tires for a Ford Focus, it cost me $500, mounting and balancing the tires was $50 each. I purchased falken tires, which come it a road hazard warranty from the manufacture. After less than two weeks of driving, I had the brand new tire spliced by a piece of metal. Quality refused to honor the manufactures warranty and stated they won’t even insure tires unless you get a set of 4 and buy their warranty. Just a very manipulative and bad business practice. I came here to get my tire sensor fixed because discount tire in Memphis said I needed to replace it and they wanted to replace all four. Quality tested it and said all they needed to do was reprogram it. They did it free of charge. I will be back here going forward. Screw discount.
