I met a family member at Quality Tire of Munford at 8:00 am this morning, Jan 7, 2026, to have new tires put on his truck. He asked the man at the service desk if they got the part in that they did not get in the day before and had him reschedule. The man, I understand his name is Stan, told him that they did. That was a deliberate LIE. At 4:00 pm my family member called to see if his truck was ready. He was told no because they had just gotten the part in. I visited Quality Tire on Monday, November 3, 2025, after discovering I had a flat and needed a replacement tire. As a young woman, I often feel uneasy going into tire shops, but my experience here was completely different. The salesperson who helped me (I wish I could remember his name to give him proper credit) was incredibly kind and professional.
