AWESOME! THE YOUNGER GUY IN THE FRONT WAS VERY POLITE AND DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME A BUNCH OF CRAP LIKE ALL THE OTHER CAR PLACES, HE JUST CHECKED MY CAR AND GAVE ME A PRICE THEN FIXED IT AND I WAS ON MY WAY. IT WAS SO NOT STRESSFUL. I WILL BE TAKING MY CAR TO THEM FROM NOW ON...

I went in for tires. I initially wanted four but could not afford but two at the time. Durning my initial visit to Quality Tires & Service Inc I informed the owner which at the time I didn't know was the owner that I didn't want run flat tires. He quoted me a different tire that I decided to go with. When I went in to have the two tires installed Roger had ordered the run flat tires which I made clear that I didn't want. I took my car in for the engine light coming on. I spoke to Roger he was very nice and helpful he called me a few hours later with what was wrong and how much it would cost, he did not try to sell me more than I needed he seemed to have a fair price. Most important he fixed my car right. I will keep bringing my car to him.

I took a starter to Quality Tire And Service 1401 N Lancaster, TX for them to install it for me.I purchased it the day before at O'reilly Auto Parts. About an hour after leaving my car with Quality Tire they informed me that my starter was no good and that I needed to take it back to where I bought it. They told me that O'reilly Auto Parts was not a good place to by a starter,they have too much trouble with them and that they would never buy one from them.
