Reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Dipesh has been doing my annual boiler checks for years and can quickly answer any questions I have or do a check for reassurance with my old boiler. Quick response time on enquiries also helps!
Called about a depressurised boiler I couldn't deal with myself around 7:30pm, expecting costly call-out charges, or a long delay for service. QTH called back within 5 minutes and talked me through what I could do to fix the problem myself phone/text with clear annotations and instructions. Issue was fixed in 10 minutes. Absolutely fantastic service, above and beyond what I could've expected. Thank you.
DIipesh arrived on on time for the initial site survey at home and proivded a great alternative with reasoning to why we should go for the particular model we did. Very easy to talk to, great communication and punctual with timing and date. Left the house clean and tidy and takes pride in his work. 100% recommend Dipesh and looks out for his customers with no gimmicks or extra works. More so, I've asked him to come back for some additional non urgent work. If in doubt, give this guy a call
