I am a current employee of Adventist Health working with in a primary care office. I called to check on a patients order that was sent 2 weeks ago and when I say I was met with the worst attitude from one of the women that answered, and I mean instant attitude and condescending since getting on the phone. Just trying to confirm a past order and checking for an update just so I can inform the patient, and almost ruined my morning. That was the last time my Primary Care Office will be sending to Quality team.
