From the beginning I found Margie to be helpful, professional and friendly. I was in desperate need for a walker and a wheelchair to be delivered that day. She made the arrangements for both, and took my credit card information over the phone. My family and I were thrilled about all of that. Everyone was great. Needed a Scooter Rental at the last minute and they came through for me. Great service !!
I purchased a scooter and asked if I could return it. The manager never answered my question.. I told them I was in lotta pain at the time, and I wanted to know if I could bring it back because I really wasn’t thinking straight. I never got an answer . I never rode the scooter and didn’t even have it a week, it’s still in the back of the car I have an emergency I said I needed to return the scooter and they wouldn’t let me what kind of store doesn’t let you return something within three days.?
