Absolutely Terrible!!! Stay Away from this place. This is actually my second year using them. 2024 was a nightmare, I decided to give them another chance, mainly because of the proximity to my home and the fact that they didn’t bill me for the horrible service. I submitted all of my forms via their app this year, turns out the app doesn’t work. I had to submit my tax documents twice. Months go by nothing. Melody is rude and unprofessional she got mad block my number after her office messed up.. been trying to get stuff done since February 5th and Melody had the audacity to get mad because I’m upset that I have had to repeat myself over and over about stuff that was already talked about and emailed. She also blocked me after she took all my bank information. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY..I will submit a review EVERY DAY….find someone else to play withÂ
