Great service, lots of choices, reasonable prices. The face to face work, ie measuring and installation were stellar. Highly recommended.
We found Quality Surfaces online. Both times we visited the office we found the staff willing to listen to our concerns and explained everything to us in a professional manner until we felt our concerns were addressed. Bought stone for kitchen counters at Quality Surfaces’ annual remnant sale, which saved us a bunch of money. They measured, cut and installed when they said they would, and the results are beautiful. We definitely would do this again.
Buying a countertop is not purchasing a product, it's an experience. From the first day meeting with Kris until the installers finished, all of Quality employees went out of their way to help me have the perfect countertop. Great experience from beginning to end! Kris in the office was really patient and helpful with my selection for my new kitchen. I needed an extra different piece though for a shower bench, so I went to the remnant side. OMG! Overwhelming, but not for the pros at Quality Surfaces, they were able to help with that inventory as well, and I quickly picked out 3 options.
