I stay here often for work. It's always clean and quiet. Big spacious rooms with an indoor pool. Close to many restaurants, and Carolina Plaza. Not far from Carowinds. The staff are always very friendly and treat their guests well. There are vehicle break-ins occasionally, but it happens at EVERY hotel around Charlotte. Police have been patrolling to prevent future occurrences
We stayed 3 nights. The most positive thing was the suite size was great. We selected this hotel because it has a 3 star rating. I was disappointed. Wifi only worked in the lobby. We needed 4 bath towels and always had to go to the front desk for more. Trash can was overflowing in the hallway to rooms, and breakfast was served only from 6am- 9:00 am every day. Call for info on prices and they're going to wait until you get there to tell you there's $100 deposit. If you pay cash you get it in the morning when you leave if you put it on a card five to seven business days
Stayed here and 2 pick up truck was broke in to glass all over told the guy at desk and he didn't care you could be next so why come here
