Really unprofessional service, we had no towels and no room cleaning on our second day, the front desk told me that since the pandemic they only cleaning de room and chage towels every 3 days Terrible service. If book with these Quality Suits be aware and ask if they cleaning the rooms every day !!

I stay here often for work. It's always clean and quiet. Big spacious rooms with an indoor pool. Close to many restaurants, and Carolina Plaza. Not far from Carowinds. The staff are always very friendly and treat their guests well. There are vehicle break-ins occasionally, but it happens at EVERY hotel around Charlotte. Police have been patrolling to prevent future occurrences

We stayed 3 nights. The most positive thing was the suite size was great. We selected this hotel because it has a 3 star rating. I was disappointed. Wifi only worked in the lobby. We needed 4 bath towels and always had to go to the front desk for more. Trash can was overflowing in the hallway to rooms, and breakfast was served only from 6am- 9:00 am every day.
