Room was terrible. My dad came here ahead of my mom and I to get the room. When he got in the room it was filthy and the walls and tub were all cracked and chipped. They offered a room upstairs but my mom can’t walk upstairs and they have no elevator. There were also police outside of the building when we pulled up. Seems very dangerous to stay here. My dad got here around 1 in the afternoon and they wouldn’t let him get a refund even tho we didn’t stay there and it was still early in the day. Very unprofessional.

We left a bag of newly purchased Christmas tree ornaments in the room when we left, and upon circling back by phone no more than 10 minutes after leaving, the front desk first declared "nothing was found", and after we insisted they check with the cleaning crew, indicated that "whatever may have been left in the room was disposed of", and finally, "no, we cannot say for sure where or what may have been thrown out, or by who ..." Very, very bad.
