I don’t think this hotel even deserves one star. My family and I booked a room July 1st through July 5th, upon arriving there we were put into the wrong type of room. Went back down and they put us in a different room where half the light bulbs were missing, the couch cushions weren’t the right size and were stained to hell and back. I gave this property a low rating because the condition of the room did not meet basic cleanliness or health standards. Shortly after checking in, I found roaches in the room, and I documented the issue with photos. As a paying guest traveling with my son, I expected a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. I expected a clean, safe, and fully functioning room. Unfortunately, the room and overall experience fell well below a reasonable standard. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Run down and Filthy, infested with Roaches. Every hallway and open area smell like cigarette and Weed. Roaches everywhere. Pull out couch mattress felt like sleeping on a bed of 1000 rough stones and nails, there was nothing between your ribs and the pointing metal springs.
