Never been to a hotel like this! One of the worst. Very dirty, stinks like marijuana, elevator didn’t work and we were put on the third floor. Carpets is very dirty, sink was clogged, furniture not clean, curtains dirty. No room service at all. We had to go down stairs to get toilet paper. Room was never cleaned. Not happy at all. Will never ever go back.
Great room for the price. King suite with a great whirlpool. Pool is open and heated. No breakfast. WiFi stopped working on the second day. Washer out of service. Average of 5 people hanging out in parking lot at all times. Overall a good stay.
This hotel seriously does not get the credit it deserves. My entire stay has been smooth, comfortable and just genuinely pleasant. Clean rooms, great atmosphere, no complaints at all! Abir was absolutely wonderful. He was so friendly so easy to talk to and just one of those people who instantly makes you feel welcome. That kind of energy makes a bigger difference than people realize. Really really happy with my experience here.
