My husband and I booked directly through the hotels website, a king suite for Sat 10/10/2026. We arrived at check in time. We were given the wrong room. The door was also missing the safety latch. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Do not visit this place, anywhere else would be an upgrade. By far the worst hotel I’ve EVER stayed in. When I finally arrived in the room, I was terribly disappointed to see what this room looked like, a disgusting mess. The pictures will show a sofa that looked like a pack of dogs slept on the cushions, wo... read more

I was not aware or informed that this motel accepts long term residents. It was full of families or groups of people LIVING THERE. Noisy children and adults ran the halls until 11pm. Housekeeping took our used towels, but never replaced them with fresh ones. There were constant bags of trash in the hallways. The hallway and stairway carpets were not cleaned for the 3 days we stayed there. The shower spray barely allowed enough water to get wet. The morning we left, the police had a young woman in handcuffs in the parking lo... read more
