Room was dirty, floor was all torn up.i told the clerk and all he could say that he knows the room was clean.
I have stayed at this room before and this was our second time staying. The first time was decent and there weren't many major issues.. however this time was a little different.. the front desk lady was very polite upon check-in and gladly accommodated us in changing the room to a downstairs room due to there being no elevator and my mother can't go up stairs. For the price, the place is great. That said, I had the same issue others had; housekeeping walked in on me while at 11am on day one (first room had no security latch) The second day they tried to do it again. Edit: I had to change this place from 3 stars to 5. I'm back, and forth, in between cities right now, and have stayed here several more nights. Clay and Jemmia (sp) have been beyond helpful, and courteous. This time, hotelsugogo (I don't recommend them) failed to send my reservation, and gave me a hard time. Jemmia sp... read more
