Stretchers are not sturdy at all. I felt like I was going to fall off. The sides had pool noodles attached. And if you didn't do something right the driver got upset. Very sketchy company.
Left St.Marys 4pm on 3/27/2025, destination Hastings, MN. Driver ignored stop signs and drove in a way that moved the stretcher from side to side which made me worry fir my safety. Courteous but rushed attitude. Would not choose again.
